Carla Allum has been in the title and real estate industry for 39 years. Her career started in Rusk, Texas at Cherokee County Title. She learned to market herself, run title, cure title, prepare the title commitment, prepare the closing documents, close the transaction, disburse the funds, and issue the final title policy. This small-town experience has given her the knowledge and ability to handle the most complex transactions.
Through the years of closing transactions, Carla has cherished the relationships she has built with realtors and clients. First-time homebuyers hold a special place in her heart; however, she also enjoys the challenges of fast-paced investor transactions.
Carla has been married to her beloved husband Eddie for 36 years. They shared the responsibility of raising two boys into fine men and now have three grandsons.
