Karen has over 20 years of title industry experience, and has been with Chicago Title for more than 10 years. She is a second generation Escrow Officer in the Montgomery County area, where she began her career as an after-school assistant to her mother. Since that time, Karen has held almost every role within a title company, from receptionist, to post- and pre-closing assistant, to being a Closer. She enjoys every aspect of the closing process, and says that her passion stems from the excitement she sees on the faces of every buyer and seller as they embark on the new journey in their lives.
Her strong work ethic and high level of commitment to her customers has earned Karen numerous customer referrals, recommendations and rewards. Her extensive and diverse experience has given her the confidence and ability to handle any situation that comes her way, and still deliver a positive customer experience. Her reputation, warm personality and contagious smile are well-known throughout Montgomery County. As a life-long, active resident of the area, Karen has had the opportunity to personally witness the growth and economic development of Montgomery County, while fondly remembering the days when it was still considered a “small community.
