Marc, originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, has been proud to call Houston home since 1996. He brings over 24 years of industry experience in the real estate community to the closing table. He has been in the title insurance industry since 2005, and has been with Chicago Title since 2011. Prior to 2005 he worked in mortgage banking, as both a mortgage loan officer and a mortgage-loan underwriter. In New Mexico, he also worked for a private real estate appraisal firm.
Marc credits his success in the title insurance industry to his ability to intuitively listen to the expectations of a client, and then use that as a benchmark to operate at an even higher standard than what has been requested. He does not want to simply meet a client’s expectations, he wants to exceed them.
