With more than 28 years in the real estate industry, Scott brings a wealth of experience, having spent 15 years as a real estate broker before transitioning to the title side of the business. Scott has been with Fidelity National Financial for nineteen years, the past seven as Vice President and Branch Manager for Chicago Title Houston where he received many awards and accolades. His firsthand knowledge of both sides of a real estate transaction gives him a unique perspective that sets him apart when handling title issues, collaborating with agents, and ensuring smooth closings for buyers and sellers. A respected team builder and leader, Scott believes that closing on a home should be an exceptional experience, and with the outstanding escrow team at Chicago Title, he is dedicated to making that a reality.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, skiing, and running. He loves spending time with his husband, stepchildren, and five grandchildren.
