Scott Wendland has been in the real estate business for over 25 years, and was a real estate broker for 15 years before moving to the title side of the business. He has been a leader in the title insurance industry since 2006. Having worked on both sides of a real estate transaction, Scott has a unique perspective, giving him an edge when dealing with title issues, agents, buyers, and sellers.
Scott is a perfectionist, and is surrounded by an incredible escrow team. He believes closing on a home is all about customer service and clients receiving the best possible experience. His team works together to make sure every detail is addressed and resolved.
In addition to work, Scott enjoys being outdoors, especially at the beach, running, and reading. He volunteers at the Galveston Historical Foundation, and has a home on the island. Scott got married in early 2018 and loves spending time with his husband, three step-children, and grandson.
Scott has been in the top 10% of Company closers nationwide for the past four years.
