Valerie attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and spent 13 years as a realtor before transitioning into the title insurance industry, where she has been thriving for the past five years. She enjoys collaborating with realtors and excels at puzzle-piecing together the many and the varied facets of title work. Her focus is primarily on residential resale and refinances, but she also values her close work with several investors supporting select commercial projects. She is known to be detail-oriented and have a strong analytical eye, and she prides herself on clear communication and effective collaboration with agents, lenders, and their clients.
Outside of work, she loves cooking for her growing family – especially whipping up a hearty gumbo or jambalaya. She is a dedicated fan of the Katy High School and Colorado School of Mines Football Teams, with an extra special reason to cheer: her sons are former Katy High School players, and one of them is now on the Colorado School of Mines roster!
